Registration has closed for cheer mascots who are age 5-6 years old.  Registration is still available for all other cheerleaders.

Becoming a Bear Cheer Camp
Are you ready to Cheer??? The Tahoma Bears Cheerleaders invite you to sign up for the Tahoma High School Summer Cheer Camp. This camp is open to all players entering kindergarten - 8th grade.

Join the Tahoma Varsity & JV Cheer squads for 4 days of Fun, Cheerleading, and Tahoma Spirit!! At this camp young cheerleaders will learn a routine, Cheers & Chants, and Stunting. There will be a performance for families on the final day of camp! Cheerleaders will be placed in groups based on age. Whether you are a brand new cheerleader or just want to improve and sharpen your skills, this is a great camp for you!!

The cost is $70.00 per cheerleader and includes a T-shirt. Wear comfortable clothes and Tennis shoes, bring water bottle.

Camp will be 7/23/12 - 7/26/12 from 6 - 8 pm at Tahoma Senior High School Gym.

Becoming a Bear Football Camp

Are you ready for some Football??? The Tahoma Bears Football Team invites you to sign up for the THS Summer Football Camp. This camp is open to all players going into 2nd-8th grade (7-15 years old).

This Summer Football Camp will teach skills and a love of the game to both beginner and advanced levels. Younger kids will get an introduction to the game and learn basic football skills while older players in Middle School & Junior High will work on strategies and THS offense & defense schemes.

The cost is $70.00 per player and includes a T-shirt. No pads or helmets are needed for this camp, players should wear T-shirt, shorts or sweats, and cleats or tennis shoes.

Bears on the Green Golf Tournament

Maple Valley Touchdown Boosters is excited to announce our 2nd annual "Bears on the Green" golf tournament. The proceeds will benefit the Tahoma football program. Welcome to the 2012 Football and Cheer Season!

Registration begins in April & will continue until teams are full. Registration will be accepted on first come basis, waiting list will be established after teams are full.

Football players between the ages of 7-14 (by July 31)
Cheerleader's between the ages of 5-15 (by July 31)

We will be holding registrations at Lake Wilderness Elementary School in Gym B.

All NEW Players - Please NOTE!!!
You must bring "Certified Copy of Birth Certificate" (Color Copy with Seal) and a COPY of the "Certified Copy of Birth Certificate"  for Raiders to keep.

Come Join the Maple Valley Raider Board!

This is the time of year when we ask parents to get involved by volunteering to be a member of our Board of Directors. We are accepting applications for the following board positions.

Cheer Director:  Will be responsible for the formulation, implementation and the day-to-day administration of the cheer program, varsity program and cheer coaches program.

Assistant Cheer Director/Varsity Coach:  Stand in for the Cheer director when Cheer Director not available.  Work with Cheer Director in coach certification, making cheers, stunts, and dance routines.

Cheer Administrator: Will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the cheer program, varsity program and cheer coaches program with the Cheer Director and Assistant Cheer Director/Varsity Coach.

Registrar/Assistant Treasurer:  Coordinate and implement all registration activities, keep all roster updated and track all athlete accounts for Football and Cheer.

Apparel Coordinator:   Coordinate making recommendations for all apparel activities for Football and Cheer.

Logistic Coordinator:  To organize and schedule facilities for Football and Cheer practices, games, and events.

Publicity Coordinator:  Primary function is to produce programs, newsletters and all public notifications.

2012 Season Registration

Registration for the 2012 Season usually begins towards the end of April. And the season usually starts the first week in August and runs through Mid-November.
